Welcome to Rangatt Couture! By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made via our website, social media platforms, or in-store.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
Rangatt Couture reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
2. User Account Responsibility
If you register with Rangatt Couture to access our services, you will be required to create an account with a password and account designation as part of the website’s registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and for all activities carried out under your account.
You agree to:
(a) Immediately notify Rangatt Couture of any unauthorized use of your password or account, or any other security breach.
(b) Ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session.
Rangatt Couture will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.
3. Product Color Disclaimer
While we make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible on the Rangatt Couture website, we cannot guarantee that your monitor, mobile device, or screen will display colors with complete accuracy. Differences in screen settings, lighting, and display technology may result in slight variations between the color you see online and the actual product color.
4. Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display product colors, fabrics, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as applicable.
5. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
We accept [list payment methods: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, COD (if applicable)].
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require a partial advance to confirm.
(Please note we have the limit for Cash On Delivery which is maximum Rs 5000 ( Selected Pin codes in India only*))
Rangatt Couture reserves the right to cancel any order in case of non-availability, payment failure, or suspicious activity.
6. Credit Card Details
You agree, understand, and confirm that the credit card details you provide to Rangatt Couture for purchasing products or availing services on our website are correct and accurate. You shall only use a credit card lawfully owned by you; in a credit card transaction, you must use your own card.
You further agree and undertake to provide valid and up-to-date credit card details to us. The information you provide will not be shared with any third party except as required for payment processing, fraud verification, or when required by law, regulation, or court order.
Rangatt Couture will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for any unauthorized or fraudulent use of your card rests solely with you, and the responsibility to prove otherwise lies exclusively with you.
7. Electronic Communications
When you use the Rangatt Couture website or send emails, messages, or other communications to us, you agree and understand that you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us in electronic form, whether by email or through notices posted on our website, and agree that such communications will satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.
We may contact you periodically or as needed to provide updates, confirmations, promotional offers, or important notices, and such communications will be deemed adequate service of notice or record.
8. Pricing Information (In Case of Sale by Rangatt)
At Rangatt Couture, we strive to offer you the best range and the best value possible on the products and/or services you purchase from us. However, we do not guarantee that our prices will be the lowest in any city, region, or geography.
Prices and availability of products are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The prices displayed on our website are not intended for direct comparison with the same or similar products and/or services offered through other online or offline channels.
All pricing is determined in accordance with our internal pricing policy and shall be set solely at our discretion.
9. Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders within 5 working days after payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier service.
Rangatt Couture is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout.
10. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
We accept returns/exchanges only for damaged or defective products, reported within 48 hours of delivery, with proof (photos/videos).
Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags & packaging.
Due to hygiene and fabric delicacy, we do not accept returns for size/fit issues or change of mind (unless mentioned otherwise in product description).
Cancellation is allowed only before order dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
11. Intellectual Property
All images, designs, and content on Rangatt Couture platforms are our intellectual property.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
Rangatt Couture will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
