Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Metro Cities (Delhi): 3–5 business days.

Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days.

Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at an additional charge of ₹50.

4. Tracking Orders

Once shipped, customers will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with a tracking ID & courier details.

Customers can track their shipment online through our courier partner’s website.

5. Delays & Exceptions

Rangatt Couture is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, natural calamities, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete address, reshipping charges will apply.
