Refund policy
1. Overview
We want you to love your purchase from Rangatt Couture. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items in accordance with the policy below.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
· Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
· Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
· Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
· Certain items are non-returnable, including:
o Customized or personalized products
o Items marked as "Final Sale"
o Intimate wear or items for hygiene reasons
3. Return Process

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photographs if applicable.
3. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
4. Ship the item back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
· Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
· If the requested replacement item is out of stock, a refund or credit note will be issued instead.
5. Refunds
· Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
· Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please notify us within 2 days of delivery with clear photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Failure of Product Pick-Up
We will make up to three 3 attempts to collect the return item from your address. If the item is not successfully picked up by the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed and the return will be considered cancelled.

Important Notes for Product Pick-Up & Return
1. Incorrect Product Handover – Rangatt Couture will not be responsible if you hand over the wrong product to the delivery person during the return pickup. Please ensure the correct item is packed and ready for collection.
2. Self-Shipping for Non-Serviceable Pin Codes – If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to self-ship the product to our return address. We will reimburse your shipping cost up to ₹100 upon submission of a valid courier receipt.
